job description

- Building Russian communities with the help of social networks and forums;
- Engaging with the community including moderation and customer support;
- Creating regular community updates;
- Providing daily feedback to other teams, including reactive feedback (user comments and reviews) and proactive feedback (surveys, player meet-ups, and polls);
- Creating new engagement opportunities that promote conversion, recurring payments, player retention, and product loyalty;
- Identifying and analyzing issues and trends in customer requests and product performance; and
- Communicating customer suggestions and providing ideas for product improvement.

requirements

- Fluent in Russian and English, both written and verbal
- Passion for social media and games
- Previous community management and/or forum moderation experience
- A team oriented self-starter with the ability to plan, organize, and execute
- Creative and pragmatic approach to problem solving
- Strong self-motivation and high level of commitment
- Sympathetic to users’ needs and proactive in improving our user experience
- Passion for writing and sharing your ideas with others
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows/MS Office
- Fluency in other languages a plus
- Valid EU work permit and residing in the Netherlands
