Group Business Control (15 m/f) is responsible for management planning and control for the whole Océ Group. The department supports senior management via analysis and management information towards both the Board of Executive Directors of Océ NV as well as to Canon Inc. As such, Group Business Control is responsible for Strategic Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Performance Management, Investment Control, Cash & Asset Control, HQ departments Control, Management Compensation, analyzing financial results of the Group and controlling of strategic projects. Inventory Controlling Professional
Job description You actively participate in the creation of the new Cash & Asset Control group (3 FTE). Within this group you focus on further improvement of the inventory control and increasing the inventory turns. Your work results in better inventory levels and frees up cash. Your scope is global.
You will have four main work areas:
1. Support the inventory level target and budget setting.
2. Monthly forecast, report and analyze actual inventory levels.
3. Monitor and assess the design of inventory control processes including the IT (SAP) impact and harmonization of processes across the Océ group.
4. Provide financial support to other inventory and cash flow related projects.
Job setting and requirementsYou will work closely together with the management team of the Global Logistics Organization. In addition you are in frequent contact with the Logistics Managers and Controllers in the Océ operating companies, Corporate Supply Centers and Strategic Business Units. Therefore, to be successful, you enjoy wielding and nurturing a broad  network of financial and logistical colleagues that spans the Océ group.
Within your network, you raise pressing matters and take the lead when it comes to actually realizing actions that have been agreed upon. You are able to communicate a complex story effectively to a specific person or group without the use of jargon.
Your analyses combine financial and logistical expertise gathered via a Bachelor degree in Economics and about 3 years experience. You have the analytical skills to make in depth reports and analyses. SAP, Excel and Powerpoint are obviously your most favorite tools. You preferably have experience in a logistics environment or are willing to expand your F&A into logistics.
