  • Building Turkish communities with the help of social networks and forums;
  • Engaging with the community including moderation and customer support;
  • Creating regular community updates;
  • Providing daily feedback to other teams, including reactive feedback (user comments and reviews) and proactive feedback (surveys, player meet-ups, and polls);
  • Creating new engagement opportunities that promote conversion, recurring payments, player retention, and product loyalty;
  • Identifying and analyzing issues and trends in customer requests and product performance; and
  • Communicating customer suggestions and providing ideas for product improvement

requirements

  • Fluent in Turkish and English, both written and verbal
  • Passion for social media and games
  • Previous community management and/or forum moderation experience
  • A team oriented self-starter with the ability to plan, organize, and execute
  • Creative and pragmatic approach to problem solving
  • Strong self-motivation and high level of commitment
  • Sympathetic to users’ needs and proactive in improving our user experience
  • Passion for writing and sharing your ideas with others
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows/MS Office
  • Fluency in other languages a plus
  • Valid EU work permit and residing in the Netherlands
