The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for the answering and processing of questions and responses from our clients (B2B and/or B2C). The client is the central point of attention for our customer and we strive after delivering optimal customer services and 100% customer satisfaction.

As a CSR you will be first point of contact with clients delivering customer service and answering questions concerning:

• Answers on frequently asked questions.
• Driver - and software downloads, so that the customer profits of the newest functions for hid/her digital products.
• Firmware-updates repairing and service information questions.
• Information on obtaining an user-manual for the clients product


Daily Duties:
• Handle queries from clients received via email and phone independently and responsibly in a correct and speedy manner
• Inform and advise clients on all subjects related to hardware and software issues, the products, promotions and services from the customer
• Diagnose and solve the possible problem
• Accurately logging data and cases, summarizing information, processing data and coordinating data in the available client systems ensuring accurate reports and client cases
• Responsible for quality and quantity of own work, consult with direct manager when problems arise
• Collecting, keeping updated and signaling possible shortcomings and difficulties concerning the contact registration and knowledge data base and give information on these subjects to the direct manager
• Positive contribution to a good work atmosphere within the team, active role in operational discussions on progress and signaling options for improvement to enhance overall quality and cooperation
• Being able to analyze queries to find best possible solution for the client




Your qualities:
• MBO level of education
• Experience in a service environment, customer services and preferable in a technical support role
• Experience or proven affinity with computing, IT and Client software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in fluent French and English in order to be able to handle calls and emails
• Commercial skills are a plus
• Administrative experience, typing skills and being able to process data in IT systems
• Clear and friendly telephone voice
• Client oriented, service oriented and a positive attitude
• Striving after best possible solution
• Good communication and social skills
• Team player
• Independent and pro-active
• Driven, enthusiast, positive work attitude
• Analytical and structured worker
• Flexibly available from Monday to Friday between 8.00 and 19.00 o’clock
• Prepared to work weekend if this incidentally occurs
• Fulltime available during the whole training period

Global Lean Engineer (m/f)

In this position, you support and facilitate our Production System, which is based on Lean and Six Sigma terminologies and tools. The ability to challenge, coach and train management as well as engineering and operations is essential in this role. Additionally, you have the drive and enthusiasm to motivate and encourage employees of all levels.

Responsibilities:
· Facilitator, Coach or Supporter on global and local projects
· Support plant Lean Departments mainly in Holland but also in Canada and Australia on prioritizing and best practice approaches
· Training in and updating of our production system toolbox
· Monitor and coach on progress initiatives and plans
· Implement and maintain our training academy
· Teach and train others on Production System concepts though an "Academy" approach of learning-throughdoing (training combined with hands-on improvement)
· Drive and support benchmarking on production development and improvements
· Define best practice on a global level and guide alignment of major processes


Requirements:
· Degree in Engineering or related field or foreign degree equivalent; plus 5 years of experience in production system associated work or processes, preferably in a manufacturing environment
· Deep expertise in Lean Manufacturing with strong practical experience implementing Lean concepts
· Strong communication and visualization skills with an ability to inspire others
· Ability to travel up to 20 - 40% of working time
· Dynamic and goal oriented personality with focus on processes and approaches
· Self-starter with the ability to multitask
· Work well independently or in cross-functional teams
· Fluency in English; Dutch and/or German would be advantageous

Suitable candidates must be eligible to live and work in the Netherlands, as your work place will be in Venlo (close to the German border).

Inventory Controlling Professional
Job description You actively participate in the creation of the new Cash & Asset Control group (3 FTE). Within this group you focus on further improvement of the inventory control and increasing the inventory turns. Your work results in better inventory levels and frees up cash. Your scope is global.
You will have four main work areas:
1. Support the inventory level target and budget setting.
2. Monthly forecast, report and analyze actual inventory levels.
3. Monitor and assess the design of inventory control processes including the IT (SAP) impact and harmonization of processes across the Océ group.
4. Provide financial support to other inventory and cash flow related projects.
Job setting and requirementsYou will work closely together with the management team of the Global Logistics Organization. In addition you are in frequent contact with the Logistics Managers and Controllers in the Océ operating companies, Corporate Supply Centers and Strategic Business Units. Therefore, to be successful, you enjoy wielding and nurturing a broad  network of financial and logistical colleagues that spans the Océ group.
Within your network, you raise pressing matters and take the lead when it comes to actually realizing actions that have been agreed upon. You are able to communicate a complex story effectively to a specific person or group without the use of jargon.
Your analyses combine financial and logistical expertise gathered via a Bachelor degree in Economics and about 3 years experience. You have the analytical skills to make in depth reports and analyses. SAP, Excel and Powerpoint are obviously your most favorite tools. You preferably have experience in a logistics environment or are willing to expand your F&A into logistics.
