As a technical support representative you will be providing support to our customers and users. The users of our service are typically software developers, administrator, and system integrators. You will be helping these users access and use our service and must be comfortable working with a variety of operating systems, software applications, and network technologies. Ervery support request is unique without using scripts or canned responses. Our products are used worldwide so provide 24x7x365.

Functie-eisen
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills (Dutch is not required) A talent and passion for problem solving Be very comfortable learning, using, and explaining new software Have strong technical background and experience Experience with imaging software, such as Ghost, is a plus Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware is a plus Administrative experience with Windows and Linux Understanding of Windows and Linux networking Be very organized and have an attention to detail Prior technical support experience is a big plus Only successful applicants will be notified Technical, Educated, Organisation, Support, Software, English, Utrecht area.
