VACANCY: Customer Service Representative (Native English) Crocs Europe - Hoofddorp


The responsibility of the Customer Service Representative is to ensure that customers – being Wholesalers and Distributors - receive a high quality level of service and receive help with their questions and concerns. The Representative will manage client orders, provides customers with product and service information, conduct Telesales as well as resolving customer problems/claims.
Tasks & Roles
Order management
  • Track and Tracing of orders.
  • Investigating irregularities of orders and informing customers as required.
  • Actively insuring that orders flow through the system flawlessly by managing exceptions.
  • Monitor carrier reports.
  • Handling of return requests incl. arranging of pick-ups.
  • Handling of non-inventory credit or invoice requests.
  • Arrange delivery book-in appointments by using, updating and maintaining our customer’s vendor systems.
Communication
  • Provide product and service information to customers by email/phone.
  • Provide information on status of orders to Sales as well as customers.
  • Communicate late, incomplete or cancelled orders as well as changes to the collection within set timeframes.
  • Logging and updating of customer information in CRM systems.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer complaints; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
  • Recommends potential services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Escalate issues in a structured way to CS Management or contact departments.
  • Participate in process improvements.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Sales
  • Support Sales with any information required from the head office
  • Conduct Telesales (outbound calling to existing customers) according to guidelines set out by Management
Contacts
The Customer Service Representative interacts with contacts to retrieve and/or provide information in response to customer enquiries about products or services. Communication with contacts takes place through a variety of means—by telephone; by e-mail, fax, and regular mail; or in person.
Internal: Finance, Distribution, Logistics, Product Team, Sales/Marketing Team.
External: Customers and 3rd parties.

  • Excellent customer handling skills

The employee in this position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers. The employee assists customers with any issue that may arise as a result of doing business with this company.
This position deals front line with customer and must always represent the company and our customer service philosophy with the utmost integrity.
Basic function
Responsible for receiving, monitoring and processing customer orders in a timely manner with emphasis on accuracy and professionalism.
Interface with other departments to ensure that customer’s service requests are processed in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
  • receives customer orders, service requests and customer complaints by phone, fax, mail or e-mail
  • performs clerical processing of orders and requests which includes record search, investigation of problems and complaints
  • interface with other departments to ensure that customer’s service requests are processed in a timely manner.
  • participates in training of new personnel.
  • provides customer with accurate information regarding our products and sales promotions, customer orders and our service guidelines (product returns / complaints)
  • gets familiar and adheres to company policies and procedures regarding order processing and complaint handling
  • complies with ISO procedures
  • Other responsibilities and duties may be assigned as needed.

requirements

Education / Experience
HBO/College level
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a comparable environment
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
  • have or develop proficiency in both customer service and sales administration skills
  • strong communication skills (clear, intelligible verbal communication, probe for information) as communication with customers and sales representatives is often needed
  • ability to operate computer systems with accuracy and efficiency
  • have ability to prioritize
  • give attention to detail
  • basic knowledge of Excel and Word
  • ability to work independently
  • flexible and outgoing team player personality with conflict resolution skills
  • ability to adapt and implement new procedures as required to provide excellent customer service
Language skills
  • Excellent Italian and Spanish, as well as fluency in English

Functie-eisen
