Job description

The applicants contribute to research and teaching (in English) in the area of Microeconomics and/or Public Economics.
Administrative duties will be limited.

Requirements

  • Ph.D. in Economics or a closely related subject area (completed or nearly completed)
  • Affinity with academic research and teaching
  • Strong research orientation

Conditions of employment

Tenure track positions are initially offered for a three-year period and, subject to a positive evaluation, extended by another three years, with the possibility of tenure thereafter. Salary is competitive, depending on qualifications and work experience, and ranges from EUR 3195 to EUR 4970 per month (12 monthly payments) for a full-time job. On top of this, there is an 8% holiday allowance and an 8.3% end of year allowance.
