The position

A Projectleader and System Integration PL typically manages a team of around 20 to 30 worlds best engineers and technicians. Your scope ranges from initial definition and design of a product, to full scale development and deployment in manufacturing and the field. Co-operation cross sectors is essential and you ensure implementation of feedback from testing, manufacturing and operations in the development. In this high tech environment you are able to decide to a large extend independently on engineering solutions and methods. In the team your focus is on the project goals, balancing time, resource and engineering constraints. Good teamwork is essential – you are a teamplayer.

configuration management, upgrades and machine transfers, multidisciplinary
Steer functional- & performance integration (~ATP spec) and reliability

IRR
Risk mitigation, contingency
Stakeholder Management (sector exceeding)
Professional communication
Report status & progress
Minimize (unnecessary) escalations
Machine owner
Field- (on voluntary basis), factory- & DE project support

Education
Masters or PhD work level in mechanical or electrical engineering with experience or background in development of high-tech low volume equipment.

Experience

Typically you will have 7-10 years of relevant working experience within the scope of projects, management and research and development within a high tech development environment. We are looking for experienced professionals with ambition to work in a high tech industry and further grow in our organization.
