Vacancy: International Sales & Recruitment Consultant, te EINDHOVEN (Netherlands)

As an International Sales&Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for the right match between candidate, vacancy, and organisation. You will be the first point of contact for both existing and new clients, and you will be recruiting candidates both in the Netherlands and abroad. You will also be expected to approach potential new clients by phone on a daily basis, in order to gain new busines in the south of The Netherlands. After the initial training period you will be visiting both your clients and potential clients in your area.
You will be responsible for the whole recruitment process, starting the moment we receive a new vacancy until actually selecting the right candidate for the job. You will stay in close contact with the client regarding requirements and wishes, you will put together price offers and negotiate with your client, and you will make sure the client receives the right documents when your candidate will start working. You will also recruit and interview potential candidates, prepare them for an interview, make sure they have all the right documents in order to start working in The Netherlands, and you will stay in close contact with both your client and your candidate after he/she has started working. Also, you will have an advisory role towards your candidates, as they are mainly expats who will need help getting started on the Dutch labour market.

Functie-eisen

To be succesful in this role you need to have at least 1,5 years experience in international recruitment or in sales, plus a relevant Bachelor degree such as International Business or Commerce. You need to be an excellent multi-tasker, as the job requires you to work with a high number of vacancies simultaneously, as well as dealing with your own large pool of candidates. Next to that, you need to be both fast and accurate in administration, as we regularly have audits on our files.
We are looking for a real team worker who is passionate about all aspects of international recruitment. Preferably, you have lived or worked abroad or you are an expat yourself.
Your English needs to be excellent, but you need to be fluent in Dutch as well as we are part of the Unique Nederland organisation. All your training regarding the Dutch labour laws, as well as the exam you need to take, are in Dutch. Any other European language, especially French or German, are a plus.

Let me tell you something about myself


I am not a recruiter but an immigration lawyer. A few years ago I was discussing with a friend in the UK who was a recruiter that we in the Netherlands had so many vacancies in farmjobs and that employers were looking abroad for farmhands. At the same time I received feedback from former clients that people who had gotten a refugestatus in the Netherlands had trouble finding jobs due to our difficult language they had to master. So I decided to place jobs in English on a blogpage when I would stumble upon one. The FB page is also the result of that.
I am wondering who you all are and what is the reason you guys are following this page. Do you have special request like certain jobs you are interested in? Have you already applied on a job here and maybe even got one via this page? I am kind of curious what the impact of this page is. So please let me know

Specialising in the outsourced delivery of the international assignment programs of our clients, our people are skilled in policy design, implementation and delivery; expatriate compensation and benefits planning; payroll; coordination of relocation services both in-house and in conjunction with external vendors; and work closely with their colleagues in relation to tax, social security and immigration issues.

Responsibilities:

The role of the Assignment Services Consultant is to manage client relationships on an operational level and act as an escalation point where issues may occur. In addition, the manager has team management and development responsibility.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

Principal client relationship contact and responsible for delivering positive relationships with all key stakeholders.

Responsibility for day-to-day delivery of services within the parameters of a detailed service level agreement on each client within their portfolio.

Responsible for the resolution of client service issues.

Responsible for the financial performance of their client
portfolio against KPI's.

Responsible for the development of each engagement within their portfolio through proactive advice on enhancements to improve service levels and profitability.

Active participation in the overall management of the outsourcing service.

Participation in new business pursuits and centre visit demonstrations.
